This Dress can be a prom dress, or even a wedding dress if you wanted.You can buy this dress at JC Penny's. If you're pasty white like myself it might look a little better if you tan just a little, but if you're comfortable with your skin-by all means be yourself, don't be the person others want you to be!!! :)
